Geopulse Exploration is an Oilfield Services Acquistion company, focused on acquiring high value Oilfield Services and Oil & Gas Products and Solutions across the Permian Basin in West Texas.
Geopulse is currently in contract to acquire several companies ranging from $1.0M in revenue to $25.0M in revenue. Companies that are in contract include a $20.M Revenue generating Drilling Fluids company, and a $15.0M Revenue generating Site Surveying, Wellpad Preparation and Concrete company, among many others.
On April 10, 2024, Geopulse acquired ATC Energy Services, adding $12M a year in revenue and $1.8M in EBITDA.

In addition to Geopulse, Marcus Laun co-founded and serves as the Executive Vice President of Sky Quarry (Pre-Nasdaq), a renewable diesel oil refinery company with 2 refinery sites owned that is generating $65M a year in revenue, and $6.5M in EBITDA. Sky Quarry is currently focus on attacking the opportunity to recycle Asphalt Shingles, which is viewed as a massive waste stream (+13M tons annually are put into waste landfills), of which every 1 ton yields approximately 1-1.5 Barrels of refined oil through the application of Sky Quarry’s proprietary recyclable technology.
Prior to founding Geopulse and Sky Quarry, Marcus served as Managing Director of Knight Equity Markets and Chardan Capital Markets.

Chris Bishop have over 15 years in Oil and Gas Services Industry. From leading small crews to running entire operations team Chris experience has led him to ATC Services. Chris has grown ATC Services from $400k in revenue to $12M in revenue in just 4 short years. He is a leader trusted by employees and customers.
Shawn Rye – EVP CFO
Shawn Rye is C level leader with over 20 years’ hands on accounting and finance experience. A West Texas born native with experience in multiple industries (Oilfield Services, Manufacturing, Mining, Construction, and Retail). Proven effective team builder working for leading companies such as Basic Energy Services, Weatherford, Express Energy, FTS International, SwiftWater Energy Services, and United Supermarkets. Lead accounting teams with companies ranging from $10 million in revenue up to $1.5 billion in revenue. Shawn’s credentials include an MBA from New Mexico State University and a BBA in accounting. Shawn earned a BBA while working full time on oilfield rigs and as an underground miner operator. Shawn was instrumental in growing SwiftWater Energy Services from a $2M initial seed to an eventual sell to Tetra Technologies for $70M
